There are no refunds on event tickets at any time. Prior to 10 days before event date a gift card may be exchanged for the value of your tickets. Within 10 days of the start of your event no refunds or exchanges are accepted as we have staffed and planned seating for our guests. We thank you for understanding. Thank you.
